You must be 18 years or over to use our services.
By purchasing our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract under UK law.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Our services do not constitute medical advice.
• We are not medical professionals
• We do not diagnose, treat, or prevent illness or injury
• You should consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme
By using our services, you confirm that:
• You are in good physical health
• You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations
• You understand that exercise carries inherent risks
Participation is entirely at your own risk.

5. Client Responsibility
You agree to:
• Follow all instructions responsibly and within your physical limits
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• Seek medical advice where appropriate
Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.

6. Nutrition Disclaimer
Any nutrition or dietary guidance provided:
• Is general, non-medical advice
• Is not a substitute for advice from a registered dietitian or healthcare professional
• Is not tailored to treat medical conditions
We do not provide clinical nutrition services.

7. Online Subscriptions
Subscription Payments
• Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Cooling-Off Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
By accessing digital content or personalised services during this period, you expressly agree that your right to cancel may be lost once the service has begun.

8. One-Off Digital Products
• Digital products are delivered electronically
• Once accessed or downloaded, they are non-refundable, unless faulty or misdescribed under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

9. Face-to-Face Personal Training
• Sessions must be attended at the agreed date, time, and location
• Cancellations must be made at least [24 or 48] hours in advance
• Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in full
We reserve the right to refuse training if we believe participation would be unsafe.

Refunds are provided only where required by UK law.
We do not provide refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Failure to achieve results
• Missed or cancelled sessions outside the notice period

11. Intellectual Property
